Post-Wise Job Details & Eligibility
The Food & Supplies Department is looking to fill multiple high-skill roles to power its digital infrastructure.
Project Manager
The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of software development experience, with 3 years in managing technical teams. PMP, SAFE Agilist, or PSM-I certification is preferred. They will be responsible for planning, budget tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions.
Deputy Project Manager
DPMs must be proficient in Android development, system security, and .NET technologies. A minimum of 6 years’ experience is required, with 2 years in a team-leading role. The DPM will coordinate modules, security audits, and lead UAT deployments.
Senior Software Developer
The SSD roles are segmented into Android, .NET Core, and DBMS experts. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and be able to lead a small team, handle technical troubleshooting, and manage software development for specific modules.
Database Administrator
The DBA will manage data storage, backup, recovery, and performance tuning, preferably with expertise in SQL Server/MySQL. Certifications like MCSA/MCSE are desirable.
Software Developer
This role is ideal for young professionals with at least 1 year of experience. They will work on .NET or Android platforms, focusing on coding, testing, debugging, and ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
Software Support Personnel
SSPs act as a bridge between development and field operations. They test user-load scenarios, troubleshoot system bugs, and coordinate with both users and developers to ensure seamless functioning.
Data Entry Operator
Graduates with computer certification are eligible. They will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, report generation, and assisting in digital operations due to the shortage of tech-literate staff.

Selection Process Includes:
- Marks-based shortlisting (50 marks from academics)
- Written-cum-coding test (90 marks)

All Phase-I IT personnel are allowed to appear in the exam, regardless of academic score.

Performance & Renewal Criteria
Selected candidates will receive a 3% annual performance-linked increment. Contracts are renewed yearly based on satisfactory performance and Finance Department approval.
