  • OR any person with 5+ years of experience in SHG/Federation training roles
• Age Limit: 25 to 55 years as of 01.01.2025
• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); however, a diploma or higher degree will be preferred.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must have training and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of SHG operations, bookkeeping, audit, financial inclusion, and livelihood projects
  • Must not hold any full-time position in PRI, government, ICDS, ASHA services, or NGO jobs
  • Must be physically fit and willing to travel across blocks, districts, or even outside the state
