Selection Process
The UPSC ORA 2025 selection will be based on:
- Recruitment Test (RT) – for posts where screening is required.
- Interview / Personality Test – for shortlisted candidates.
- Shortlisting may also be based on qualifications and experience.
The final selection will be made based on performance in Interview/RT and fulfillment of eligibility.
