THDC Field Engineer Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Tenure Basis and receive the following remuneration and benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 53,580/-
- Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 6,620 (Four-wheeler) / Rs. 3,140 (Two-wheeler)
- HRA: As per applicable city classification
- EPF Contribution: Employer’s share at 12%
