Selection Process
The selection procedure for SJVN Executive Trainees includes the following three stages:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Questions: 150 MCQs
- Sections:
- Section I: 120 questions from the relevant discipline
- Section II: 30 questions on General Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, etc.
- Marking: 1 mark per correct answer, no negative marking
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/EWS: 50%
- SC/ST/PwBD/OBC (NCL): 40%
2. Group Discussion (GD)
- Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) will be invited.
- 10% weightage in final selection.
3. Personal Interview (PI)

- CBT Score: 75%
- GD: 10%

Salary, Benefits, and Career Progression
Pay Scale
- ₹50,000–1,60,000 (IDA) with 3% annual increment
