Tenure, Duties, and Working Conditions
- Initial Engagement: One year, extendable by one year at a time, up to a maximum of 3 years, or until the age of 70.
- Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week. Remuneration is proportionally adjusted for part-time engagement.
- Leave: 10 days of leave annually, subject to prior approval.
- Emergency Services: Candidates must be willing to serve beyond standard hours when required.

- Non-SAIL Consultants may avail 2BHK accommodation at Bhilai or Mines on a rental basis.
