RRC SECR Group C Vacancy Details 2025
Under the Cultural Quota, SECR is hiring for two positions based on Folk Dance and Drama skills:

Eligibility Criteria for RRC SECR Group C Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should have passed 12th class or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks (Relaxable for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and higher qualification holders).
- Candidates must possess a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Folk Dance or Drama from a government-recognized institute.
- Candidates applying for artisan posts in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and S&T departments must have passed Matriculation and hold an ITI certificate (in NCVT/SCVT approved trades).
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
RRC SECR Group C Recruitment 2025 – Application Fee
The application fee is as follows:
- General Candidates: Rs. 500/- (Rs. 400/- will be refunded after appearing in the exam)
- SC/ST, Women, Transgender, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Minorities, EBC: Rs. 250/- (Fully refundable after appearing in the exam)

Selection Process
The selection of eligible candidates for the Group C posts under Cultural Quota will be made based on:
