Candidates applying for the Manager or Assistant Manager (Law) positions must hold a degree in Law from a recognized university. Apart from the educational qualification, experience in government or statutory bodies is essential.
Eligibility Details:
- For Manager (Law):
- Must be working on an analogous post or at Level-9 (7th CPC)/GP 4800 (6th CPC).
- Should be a Group B Gazetted Officer in Indian Railways/Central Govt./State Govt./PSU/Statutory Authorities.
- For Assistant Manager (Law):
- Should be in Level-7 (7th CPC)/GP 4600 (6th CPC) with at least 6 years of service.
- Experience in dealing with legal issues related to land, real estate, service matters, or arbitration is desirable.
Additional desirable qualifications include experience with real estate or land revenue matters and working knowledge of computers. Applicants must submit their filled-in application along with attested copies of the last five years’ APARs through the proper channel.
