Educational Qualification
- Essential: A Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Eligibility Experience
For Manager (Law):
- Holding an analogous post or working in Level-9 (7th CPC) / GP 4800 (6th CPC).
- Must be a Group B Gazetted Officer on regular basis in Indian Railways/Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs/Statutory Authorities.
For Assistant Manager (Law):
- Holding an analogous post or working in Level-7 (7th CPC) / GP 4600 (6th CPC).
- Must have minimum 6 years of service in the relevant grade or equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in:
- Real estate, land, or revenue matters.
- Arbitration, service matters, or company legal issues.
- Good computer proficiency.
