Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

• Entomology: First-class Master’s in Entomology/Zoology; GATE in Life Sciences (XL)
• Biostatistics: First-class Master’s in Statistics/Biostatistics; GATE in Statistics (ST)
• Clinical Psychology: First-class Master’s in Clinical Psychology; RCI registration mandatory; GATE in XH
• Psychology: Master’s in Psychology or allied field; GATE in XH

Application Process

1. Registration: Visit https://rac.gov.in and complete the registration process.
2. Login & Fill Form: Upload documents and provide valid GATE score.
3. Document Upload:
   • Degree certificates, mark sheets
   • Valid GATE scorecard and result screenshot
   • Passport photo and signature

4. Fee Payment:

Selection Procedure

Shortlisting Criteria

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on GATE scores in a 1:10 ratio per discipline/category.
• Shortlisted candidates must confirm their availability and select an interview date via the RAC portal.

Interview & Final Selection

• Interview venue: Delhi or other locations as decided by RAC/DRDO.
• Final merit = 80% GATE + 20% Interview.
• Minimum Interview Marks:
  • UR: 70%
  • Others: 60%
• Candidates must validate GATE scores using their login during the interview.

Service Conditions & Posting

1. Selected candidates will be Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers under Central Govt.
2. They must be medically fit and ready to serve anywhere in India, including remote/field locations.
3. Posting will be subject to successful background and document verification.
