Pawan Hans Limited invites applications from eligible candidates in disciplines including Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Computer Science, IT, and Civil Engineering. Candidates must have qualified in GATE-2025 with valid scores in the relevant papers to be eligible.
Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates must possess a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline. Final-year students may also apply, but they must provide their final mark sheet at the time of verification. The maximum age limit is 28 years as on 21st July 2025 for General and EWS candidates. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per Government rules.

Eligibility, GATE Papers and Vacancy Distribution
Pawan Hans has specified both primary and desirable secondary GATE-2025 papers for each discipline. The recruitment is based strictly on performance in the GATE-2025 examination followed by a personal interview.

Shortlisting will be based on the merit of the GATE-2025 score followed by an interview, with GATE score carrying 80% weight and interview 20%.

Training, Salary and Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program. During this period, they will receive a stipend of Rs. 50,000 per month. After successful completion of training and based on performance, candidates may be absorbed into the company at E-1 grade (Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000).
Candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond or submit a Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) of Rs. 3,00,000 to serve the organization for a minimum period of three years post training. In addition to salary, candidates will be entitled to leave benefits, insurance coverage of Rs. 5 lakhs during training, and post-absorption benefits such as medical reimbursement.
