- SHG Member/Federation Leader with 3 years in NRLM
- Former CRP (like FL-CRP, IT-CRP)
- NGO worker with 3 years in rural women empowerment

- Preference: PG/Graduates in Social Science, Social Work, MBA, Agriculture, etc.
