NMRC is hiring one General Manager for each of the following domains:

General Manager (Electrical)

• Vacancies: 1 (UR)
• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 17+ years in Group A/Executive roles with focus on:
  • Traction & Power Supply
  • SCADA systems
  • Lift/Escalators
  • Metro/ECS/TVS Systems
• Age Limit:
  • Deputation: Max 56 years
  • Direct/Immediate Absorption: Max 52 years

General Manager (Civil)

• Vacancies: 1 (UR)
• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 17+ years in executive roles in:
  • Civil infrastructure
  • Construction and Maintenance
  • 5+ years’ experience in Metro/Railways preferred
• Age Limit:
  • Deputation: Max 56 years
  • Direct/Immediate Absorption: Max 52 years

General Manager (Projects)

• Vacancies: 1 (UR)
• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 17+ years in project execution roles
  • 5+ years in large infrastructure/metro tunnel/underground projects
  • CMRS clearance familiarity preferred
• Age Limit: Only through Deputation – Max 56 years

Pay Scale & Service Requirements

All General Manager posts offer a lucrative pay scale under IDA pattern:

• ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000

Candidates must currently serve or have served in one of the following:

• IDA Scale: ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 or ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 (3 years minimum in this scale)
• CDA Scale: Level 14 or Level 13A/13 with 3 years in the level

NMRC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process includes:

1. Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience
2. Written Test / Interview
   • Conducted offline
   • Travel expenses for interviews will not be reimbursed
3. Final Selection based on eligibility, performance, and document verification

Bond Requirement & Probation Terms

Selected candidates will have to sign a service bond:

• Direct Recruitment: ₹3,00,000 for 3 years
• Immediate Absorption: ₹1,50,000 for 1 year
  (Training cost + GST extra if applicable)

Probation period and resignation policies will be governed by NMRC HR rules. A 3-month notice is mandatory before resignation.
