Eligibility Criteria and Experience Requirements
Deputation Eligibility
The post is open to officers under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, recognized research institutions, autonomous or statutory organizations, or universities, who:
- Hold analogous posts on regular basis, or
- Have 5 years of regular service in posts in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400) in the Pay Matrix.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least two years’ experience in protocol duties, public relations, or related fields.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of official procedures, hospitality arrangements, and logistics management for VIPs.
- Familiarity with government protocol systems and coordination roles in ministries or autonomous bodies.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
