NCRTC Executive Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates must possess a full-time Graduation degree along with specific qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech/LLB/Journalism/Hospitality depending on the post.
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience is required.
Age Limit (As on 13/06/2025):
- Maximum Age: 35 years

- OBC-NCL: 3 years

NCRTC Executive Selection Process 2025
The selection procedure includes the following stages:
- Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 80% weightage
- Personal Interview – 20% weightage
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- UR/OBC/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 50%
Candidates will be selected based on the combined merit of written test and interview scores.
NCRTC Executive Salary & Contract Terms
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for 5 years in the E0 pay scale (Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 IDA). Along with basic pay, allowances under the Cafeteria Approach and Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) will be provided.
The tenure may be extended based on performance and organizational needs.
