KRIBHCO GET Eligibility Criteria 2025: Qualifications and GATE Score
Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in one of the specified disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation. The degree must be from one of the 35 approved institutes, including 31 NITs and four other reputed engineering colleges. Additionally, applicants should have scored a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.

Selected candidates will undergo one year of intensive training at the Hazira Plant in Surat. During the training period, the Graduate Engineer Trainees will be recruited in the “G2” pay grade, with a starting basic salary of ₹55,000/- and an overall CTC of ₹16.32 lakhs per annum.
After successful completion of the training period, trainees will be absorbed as “Senior Engineers” with a revised basic salary of ₹56,650/- and an enhanced CTC of around ₹16.81 lakhs per annum.
To ensure commitment, GETs are required to sign a bond committing to serve KRIBHCO for three years after training. The bond amount is ₹2,00,000 for General and OBC candidates and ₹50,000 for SC/ST candidates.
