Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Assistant (Group B)
- Education: Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 6 years as Senior Clerk/UDC in Pay Level 4.
- Other: Typing knowledge required.
- Desirable: Experience in establishment/accounts and acquaintance with performing arts.
Stenographer (Group B)
- Education: Degree from a recognized university.
- Typing Speed: 100 wpm in shorthand, 45 wpm in typing (English/Hindi).
- Experience: 3 years in reputed organizations.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi.
Senior Clerk (Group C)
- Education: Graduate or equivalent.
- Typing Speed: 30 wpm in English.
- Desirable: 5 years experience in clerical work in govt/autonomous body.
Junior Clerk (Group C)
- Education: 12th Class or equivalent.
- Typing Speed: 30 wpm (English) or 25 wpm (Hindi).
- Desirable: Working knowledge of Hindi and data entry skills.
Assistant Technician (Group C)

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
JNMDA will conduct written tests and skill tests as applicable to the posts. Final selection will be based on merit and qualifying performance in all stages.
Assistant (Group B)
- Stage 1: Objective Exam (200 marks – 2 hours)
- Arithmetics – 50
- English – 50
- Reasoning – 50
- GK & Current Affairs – 50
- Stage 2: Descriptive Test (50 marks)
- Final Selection: Combined score of both tests.
Stenographer (Group B)
- Written Test: 100 marks (qualifying: 50)
- Skill Test: Shorthand @100 wpm & Typing @45 wpm (qualifying only)
- Final Selection: Based on written exam merit.
Senior Clerk (Group C)
- Written Test: 200 marks (2 hours)
- Arithmetics, English/Hindi, Reasoning, GK – 50 each
- Typing Test: 30 wpm (qualifying only)
Junior Clerk (Group C)
- Written Test: 100 marks (1.5 hours)
- Maths, GK, English, Reasoning – 25 each
- Typing Test: 30 wpm (qualifying only)
Assistant Technician (Group C)
- Written Test: 100 marks (1.5 hours)
- Technical Interview: 50% weightage
- Final Selection: Combined score of written and technical interview.
