Job Profile and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PI for field-level data collection and management as part of the National Mental Health Survey.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychiatric survey interviews using structured tools.
- Travelling extensively to different survey sites across Tamil Nadu.
- Liaising with local health authorities and coordinators to organize data collection.
- Ensuring daily data backups and timely submission.
- Preparing daily/weekly reports, maintaining records and logs as per protocol.
- Performing other duties assigned by the PI or Co-PI as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:

- Or any related social science/public health domain
Desirable Experience:
- Work experience in government/state-level projects or health programs.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Tamil – this is mandatory.
