Eligibility Criteria for IRCON Executive Civil Recruitment 2025

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements as of 01 May 2025:

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from an AICTE-approved institute/university.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 33 years as of 01 May 2025.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in execution of Highway or Railway Track projects.
• Experience must be in construction CPSEs with a turnover of at least Rs. 1000 crores in FY 2023-24 or 2024-25.
• Only experience gained as a regular or contractual employee on the rolls of CPSEs will be considered.
• Freelancing, consultancy, or training experience is not valid.

Salary and Benefits

The Executive/Civil position comes with the following compensation package:

• Basic Pay: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA scale)
• Variable Dearness Allowance (currently 48.7%)
• HRA or lease rent (based on city classification: X – 27%, Y – 18%, Z – 9%)
• 35% fixed allowances
• Performance Related Pay (PRP)
• Medical benefits for self and dependents
• Leave encashment, mobile expenses, EPF, Pension, Gratuity, and other welfare schemes
