The Indian Bank Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), under the directives of the Government of India and Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD), has announced recruitment for Office Assistant posts on a contract basis at its Lakhimpur-Kheri branch in Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria – Indian Bank Office Assistant Jobs 2025

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com from a recognized university.
• Must have computer knowledge, especially MS Office, Tally, and Internet.
• Preference: Basic accounting knowledge and prior experience as Office Assistant.

Experience & Skills

• Prior work experience is desirable.
• Must have fluency in Hindi (local language); English is a plus.
• Typing skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English (preferred).
• Basic documentation, report generation, and data entry proficiency.
• Valid driving license preferred due to field visits.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 22 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Job Responsibilities of Office Assistant at RSETI

• Support Director and Faculty in daily training and admin activities.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, registers, and MIS records.
• Arrange training materials and assist with camp logistics.
• Register candidates, take attendance, and handle boarding needs.
• Conduct follow-up visits and maintain asset inventories.
• Handle library, books, and reports as per Ministry/Trust requirements.
