The recruitment includes one vacancy each for the posts of Chief Engineer and Deputy Registrar. These are unreserved positions, but IIPE encourages applications from PwD candidates and ensures horizontal reservation wherever applicable.

Chief Engineer (Level 13A – ₹1,31,100 – ₹2,16,600)

• Age Limit: Max 50 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Civil/Electrical Engineering with at least 55% marks.
• Experience:
  • 15 years of relevant experience including service at Pay Level 13 or 12 as Executive/Superintending Engineer.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD and construction software.
• PwBD Suitability: OL, OA, HH

Deputy Registrar (Level 12 – ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)

• Age Limit: Max 50 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
• Experience:
  • 9 years as Assistant Professor or 5 years as Assistant Registrar.
• Desirable:
  • Degree in Law, Engineering, CA/CS/ICWA.
• PwBD Suitability: OL, OA, B, LV, HH

Selection Process for IIPE Recruitment 2025

The recruitment will follow a multi-stage selection process to shortlist the most qualified candidates.

Chief Engineer

1. Trade Test (100 marks)
2. Written Test (80 marks)
3. Computer Proficiency Test (20 marks)
4. Presentation & Interview (final merit based on this stage)

Only candidates who clear each prior stage will be eligible for the next.

Deputy Registrar

1. Written Test (80 marks)
2. Computer Proficiency Test (20 marks)
3. Presentation & Interview

Only candidates qualifying both tests will be called for the final stage.

Application Process and Important Instructions
