Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Division Head (Financial & Allied Services) & CFO
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce OR Chartered Accountant.
- Experience: 20–25 years in Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit, Taxation, Budget, etc.
- Preference: Retired GM of PSU Bank or equivalent.
2. Division Head (Technology Support Services)
- Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech in IT/Electronics/Computer Science, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in IT in a PSU Bank, Govt Dept, PSU, or Autonomous body with at least 5 years as DGM-IT or GM-IT.
3. Banker Faculty
- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline), preferably CAIIB.
- Experience: Retired Chief Manager and above from PSU Banks with training or exam setting experience.
4. Banker Faculty – Technical
- Qualification: BTech/BE/AMIE in relevant engineering streams OR Banking professionals with specialization in Finance, Risk, Treasury, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in technical/banking roles or teaching technical subjects.

The IBPS Selection Process 2025 will be as follows:
