Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:

  • Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Qualification:
    • Engineering/Diploma candidates must have passed their course in the respective branch.
    • General stream candidates must possess a degree in the relevant subject.

Year of Passing: The gap between passing and joining should not exceed 5 years.

Apprenticeship Status: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible.

Stipend

The monthly stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its amendments. Although the specific amounts are not mentioned in the notification, HAL follows government norms, typically:
