1. Supervisor (Permanent/FTC)
- Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Naval Architecture, Admin & Security, HR, Finance, Fire Fighting

- Experience: Generally 2–5 years in related field
2. Engine Technician
- Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in engine servicing/repair/maintenance in marine or industrial fields
3. Design Assistant
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Architecture
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in AutoCAD/3D design tools and engineering drawing interpretation
General Eligibility:
- Age limit: Typically below 28–35 years, relaxable as per government norms
