Eligibility & Experience

1. Operations & Maintenance

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mining / Metallurgical / Production Engineering from a recognized university (including distance mode approved by UGC/AICTE).

Experience Required:

Relevant Field Experience:

• Overseeing mechanized earthmoving work in mining, construction, or metallurgical process industries.
• Handling HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery), cranes, bulk material handling systems.
• Experience in HT electrical maintenance, crushers, conveyor systems, etc., preferred.

2. Finance & Accounts

Qualification:

• For E-1: CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance)
• For E-2 and above: Must be an Associate Member of ICAI/ICMAI or MBA (Finance)

Experience:

• 3+ to 10+ years in financial functions, budgeting, cost accounting, taxation, salary administration, and ERP-based accounting.

3. Materials Management

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain / Logistics / International Trade.

Experience:

• Experience in purchasing, stores/inventory management, procurement of capital equipment and spare parts.

 4. Personnel & Administration

Qualification:

• Graduate + MBA in HR / PGDBA in HR / Post Graduate in Labour Welfare / Sociology.

Desirable:

• Law degree preferred.
• Experience in HR, labor laws, handling unions, grievances, industrial relations.
