Eligibility Criteria – FACT Apprentice Recruitment 2025

Graduate Apprentice

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline (UGC/AICTE approved).
• Marks: Min. 60% for General / OBC, 50% for SC/ST.
• Age Limit: Max. 25 years as on 01.09.2025 (relaxations as per rules).
• Other: Should not have completed more than 5 years after graduation.

Technician (Diploma) Apprentice

• Qualification: Diploma in relevant discipline (recognized by State Board of Technical Education).
• Marks: Min. 60% for General / OBC, 50% for SC/ST.
• Age Limit: Max. 23 years as on 01.09.2025.
• Other: Should not have completed more than 5 years after diploma.

Only Kerala-domiciled BOAT Southern Region registered candidates are eligible.

Selection Process – FACT Apprentices 2025

FACT will prepare a merit list based on academic performance:

• Graduate Apprentices – 50% marks from Graduation + 50% marks from Class 12th.
• Diploma Apprentices – 50% marks from Diploma + 50% marks from Class 10th.

In case of tie, preference will be given to higher qualification marks, followed by marks in key subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry for Graduate and Science/Maths for Diploma).

Stipend & Training Details

• Graduate Apprentices: ₹12,000/- per month
• Diploma Apprentices: ₹9,000/- per month
• Training Period: One year (as per Apprentices Act)

Candidates must complete both online and offline application steps:

1. Download the application form from www.fact.co.in.
2. Fill the application form carefully with correct details.
3. Attach self-attested copies of certificates (10th, 12th, Diploma/Degree, caste, Aadhaar, BOAT registration, etc.).
4. Submit the application by Registered Post to:

   The application must reach on or before 25 September 2025, 5:30 PM.

5. Additionally, complete and upload the online Google form by 20 September 2025.
