• Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics from BARC, Mumbai.

  • Candidates domiciled in J&K (1980–1989): 5 years

ECIL Radiological Safety Officer Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the post includes:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

• 100 MCQs | Duration: 120 minutes
• Location: Hyderabad only
• Syllabus: Core Radiological/Engineering subjects
• Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, -0.25 for incorrect answers

Stage 2: Personal Interview

• Shortlisted candidates (1:4 ratio) from CBT will be called for Interview
• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
