This internship is designed for students currently pursuing a Master’s degree and looking for hands-on experience in defense-related scientific research. The program offers a 6-month paid internship at DRL Tezpur, Assam, with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
DRL DRDO Paid Internship 2025 2025 – Overview
The DRDO DRL internship is aimed at postgraduate students (in their 2nd year/3rd or 4th semester) who wish to undertake research projects in core areas relevant to India’s defense and military efficiency, especially in the Northeast. The internship duration is 6 months, and selected candidates will receive a total stipend of ₹30,000, disbursed in two installments.

Eligibility Criteria for DRL Internship 2025
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions before applying:
Educational Qualification
- Must be currently pursuing a full-time Master’s Degree (2nd Year or 3rd/4th Semester) in:
- Life Sciences
- Chemical Sciences
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 28 years (as on the 10th day from the date of advertisement).
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
Other Requirements
- Must be recommended and apply through their Institute/University.
- Good academic record (preferably First Division) in previous semesters.
- No application fee is required.
