Who Can Apply?
DRDO CEPTAM is looking for candidates who not only meet the academic criteria but also bring years of experience to the table. The eligibility details are as follows:
1. Project Store Officer (PSO)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in BA/BCom/BSc/BCA
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in administration, finance, or storekeeping
- Age Limit: Max 50 years
2. Project Sr. Admin Assistant (PSAA)
- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Experience: At least 6 years in admin/finance/stores
- Age Limit: Max 45 years
3. Project Admin Assistant (PAA)
- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Experience: At least 3 years in relevant fields
- Age Limit: Max 35 years
Desirable Skills for All Posts:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with GeM portal
- Typing speed of 35 WPM in English
- MBA qualification is an added advantage
Note: Age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms, but under no condition should the age exceed 56 years including relaxation.
Selection Process: What to Expect
The selection will be based on a two-stage process:
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
- Interview – Candidates will be invited in a 1:5 ratio for each post.
The final merit list will be entirely based on interview performance. To qualify:
- UR Candidates: Must score at least 70%
- Reserved Categories: Must score at least 60%
