Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 03-07-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government of Odisha rules.
Educational Qualification
- Junior Clerk cum Copyist:
- Must have passed at least +3 examination or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Salaried Amin:
- Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Salary Details
- Junior Clerk cum Copyist: Rs.19,900/- to Rs.63,200/- (Level 4 of Pay Matrix)
- Salaried Amin: Rs.21,700/- to Rs.69,100/- (Level 5 of Pay Matrix)
- The salary is as per O.R.S.P. Rules, 2017, with usual allowances as per state norms. Note that salary disbursement is subject to the result of W.P. (C) No.1273/2014 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.
Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Written Examination
- Practical Test (Computer Proficiency)
- Viva-Voce (if applicable)
Only those candidates who qualify in the written exam will be eligible for further stages.
