Eligibility Criteria for District Court Ganjam Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

  • For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, and Stenographer Grade-III:
    • Must have passed +3 Examination (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university.
    • Must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
    • Proficiency in Odia language (passed Odia at M.E. Standard).
    • Typing speed requirement:
      • Junior Typist: 40 WPM in English typing on computer.
      • Stenographer Grade-III: 80 WPM in shorthand and 40 WPM in English typing on computer.
  • For Salaried Amin:
    • Must have passed Matriculation (10th class) or equivalent.
    • Must have completed Revenue Inspector Training.
    • Must have proficiency in Odia language.

Age Limit (As on 08-08-2025)

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 32 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Sports Persons as per Odisha government rules.

For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:
