These roles are part of India’s Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision 2047 (MAKV) and Maritime India Vision 2030 (MIV) initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria – CSL Consultant Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Technology/Engineering from a Top 25 NIRF-ranked Indian Institute or Top QS-ranked overseas institute
OR
- Postgraduate/Master’s Degree from premier institutions in India or abroad.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in:
- Corporate/Consulting/Public Sector roles
- Infrastructure domain (preferably shipping or shipbuilding)
- Candidates with experience in roads, railways, or aviation may also be considered.
Job Profile & Responsibilities
As part of the CSL team stationed at MoPSW, the Consultants will:
- Support policy development for shipping & shipbuilding aligned with MIV 2030 & MAKV 2047
- Monitor implementation of reforms like:
- Shipbuilding Financial Assistance Policy 2.0
- Ship Repair Clusters
- Maritime Development Fund (MDF)
- Green shipping and decarbonization initiatives
- Coordinate with officials at CSL HQ, MoPSW, and industry stakeholders
This is a policy-advisory-cum-implementation role involving frequent travel to Kochi or other CSL units as required.
