- MBBS Degree from a recognized university
- Course approved by MCI / NMC
- Must be registered with Tamil Nadu Medical Council

Staff Nurse (10 Posts)
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) OR
- B.Sc. Nursing
- Institution must be recognized by Indian Nursing Council
MPHW / Health Inspector – Grade II (Male) (20 Posts)
- Plus Two with Biology (Botany & Zoology)
- Tamil language as a subject in SSLC
- 2-year MPHW / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector training certificate
- Training must be from a recognized institution
Support Staff (40 Posts)
- Minimum 8th standard pass
