Eligibility Criteria, Experience & Responsibilities

The engagement is project-based and requires candidates to be proficient in overseeing construction and restoration activities, particularly for heritage buildings.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit

  • Essential Qualification: A 3-year Regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Age Limit: The applicant must not be more than 35 years of age as on 27th June 2025.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in civil works, especially construction supervision, documentation, and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities

The recruited Engineer will be responsible for:

  1. Supervision of daily construction work, including maintenance of testing data records and progress tracking.
  2. Documentation & Measurement Book (MB) preparation including running and final account bills.
  3. Project planning & estimation, preparation of tender documents, coordination with contractors, and quality control.
  4. Handling any additional technical duties assigned by BITM authorities.

The candidate must also be open to field visits and ready to travel to project sites across India as per the project requirements.
