Eligibility Criteria & Experience Details for BEL Recruitment 2025
Candidates applying for BEL 2025 software posts must be Indian citizens. Freshers can apply for trainee roles, while Software Professional-I roles require at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in software development, testing, or IT support.
For Jr. and Sr. Software Trainees, candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible. Qualifications must be in pass class and recognized by a UGC/AICTE-approved university or institution. BEL also provides relaxation in upper age limits for OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), and PwBD (10 years).
CGPA holders must submit official conversion documentation. Candidates failing to do so will be disqualified.
Selection Process for BEL Software Division Jobs 2025
- Trainee Posts (Sr. & Jr.): Selection will be done through a 100-mark Written Test.
- Software Professionals-I: Selection will include both a Written Test (85 marks) and Interview (15 marks).
