Educational Qualification and Experience Criteria

Candidates must possess:
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course) in:
- Electronics
- Electronics & Communication
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Communication & Telecommunication
- Degree must be from a recognized university/institution with pass class.
Experience Requirement:
- Trainee Engineer-I: No prior experience required.
- Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years post-qualification relevant industrial experience.
Note: Teaching/research internships and project work do not count as experience.

Salary, Allowances, and Retention Bonus
BEL offers competitive consolidated remuneration with yearly increments and various allowances.
Salary Structure:

- Retention Bonus of ₹25,000/year (paid as ₹1,00,000 after 4 years for Project Engineers)

Trainee Engineer-I:
- Selection through Written Test (100 marks)
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Qualifying Marks:
- General/EWS/OBC-NCL – 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD – 30%
Project Engineer-I:
- Written Test + Interview
- Same qualifying marks and negative marking as above
