Nationality and Domicile:

Candidates must be Indian citizens as defined by Articles 5–8 of the Constitution of India and permanent residents of Assam. One of the following must be submitted as proof of residency:

• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate

Educational Qualification:

• A 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an institute recognized by AICTE is mandatory.
