Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?

1. Doctor – MBBS + Medical Council registration. Must undergo training arranged by MOSJE/NISD within 3 months of joining.
2. Project Coordinator – Graduate with 3 years’ experience in managing centres, plus computer knowledge.
3. Nurse (ANM) – ANM qualification from a recognized institution.
4. Ward Boy – Minimum 8th Class, prior experience preferred.
5. Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist – Graduate in Social Work/Psychology with 1–2 years’ field experience. Preference for trained de-addiction counsellors.
6. Accountant cum Clerk – Graduate with accounting and computer skills.
7. Peer Educator – Literate, ex-drug user with 1–2 years sobriety and good communication.
8. Chowkidar – Minimum 5th Class, must be able to ride a bicycle.
9. Housekeeping Staff – Must be able to read and write Telugu.
10. Yoga/Music/Art Teacher (Part-time) – At least 3 years’ experience in the discipline.

Selection Process & Weightage System

Selection will be merit-based, considering academic scores and experience.

• Qualifying exam marks – 90% weightage
• Years since qualification – 1 mark per year (up to 10 marks)
