The Directorate of RD, PRIs & Urban Local Bodies, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, has issued an official notification inviting applications for Cluster Coordinator and Data Entry Operator (DEO) posts under the DAY-NRLM scheme (Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihood Mission). These positions will be engaged purely on a contractual basis for a period of 11 months, with the possibility of extension.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Cluster Coordinator (CC)
Essential:
- 10+2 or Graduate from a recognized institution
Desirable:
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Experience in social work (1+ year preferred)
Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Essential:
- Graduate with proficiency in Data Entry and MS Office
Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Computer certificate course

Job Description
Cluster Coordinator (Car Nicobar)
- Coordinate DAY-NRLM activities at the cluster level.
- Facilitate SHG formation, credit planning, and livelihood promotion.
- Support inclusion of women and vulnerable groups.
- Report MPRs, QPRs, and ensure clean MIS entries.
- Liaise with Panchayats and Government departments.
Data Entry Operator (Ferrargunj & Diglipur)
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into MIS.
- Maintain office registers and documentation.
- Support baseline, mid-term, and end-line surveys.
- Undertake sample field verification of data.

Selection Process & Merit Weightage
Applications will be shortlisted on a merit basis, followed by interview. Top 5 candidates per post will be called for the final interview.
