Educational Qualification
- Superintendent: Graduate in any discipline with basic computer knowledge from a recognized university.
- Cook & Helper: Minimum Class-VIII pass from any recognized school.

Residential Criteria
- All applicants must be residents of Simlapal Block.
- Superintendent must reside within the hostel premises.
- Cook and Helper should preferably live within 2 km of Bon-Sarenga Ashram Hostel.
Duty Hours
- Superintendent: 24×7 residential post; permission needed to leave hostel premises.
- Cook & Helper: 6 AM – 10 AM & 5 PM – 9 PM daily; subject to change by authorities.

Selection Process
For Superintendent:
- Computer Proficiency Test: 40 Marks
- Viva-Voce: 10 Marks
Top 10 scorers from Computer Test will be called for Viva.
For Cook & Helper:
- Walk-in Interview: 20 Marks
Top scorer will be selected.

How to Apply
Applications must be submitted offline only, in person at the Block Development Office, Simlapal, during office hours from 21 May to 31 May 2025 (excluding weekends and government holidays). Application Form available on Official Notification from bellow.
Documents Required:
- Proof of educational qualification
- Proof of age (Birth Certificate / Secondary Admit / School Certificate)
- Aadhaar Card
- EPIC (Voter Card)
- Original residential certificate signed by GP Pradhan & Secretary
- Two recent passport-size photos (1 affixed, 1 stitched)
- One self-addressed envelope with ₹30 postage stamp
