Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT (formerly NCTVT) in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) trade.
- Preference will be given to Ex-Apprentices of Ordnance Factories.
- Candidates from government/private institutions with government affiliation are also eligible if they hold valid NAC in AOCP.
Age Limit
- General category: 18 to 40 years as on 30 June 2025.

- SC/ST: 5 years (only for reserved posts)

Ordnance Factory Bhandara DBW Recruitment Tenure, Salary & Benefits
Candidates will be engaged initially for 1 year, which can be extended yearly up to a maximum of 4 years, subject to performance and organizational requirement.

Job Responsibilities
Selected DBW personnel will be involved in:

Selection Process

- This is a contractual post, and does not confer rights for permanent employment.

- Leaves: 30 days per year (2.5 days earned monthly, max accumulation allowed).
