Eligibility Criteria for Indian Bank FLC Recruitment
Educational Qualification
- Retired officers of RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, or any Commercial Bank.
- Must have served at least 5 years as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Preference will be given to those who served in Middle Management Grade.
- Experience in rural banking or government schemes is desirable.
Age Limit
- No entry age limit.
- Maximum exit age: 68 years as of appointment date.
Communication & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in local language (Bengali) and English is essential.
- Must be able to type in English. Typing in Bengali is an added advantage.
- Should be proficient in MS Office and digital documentation.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
