The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released an official notification inviting online applications for the recruitment of up to 30 CRC Executives on a contractual basis. This opportunity is ideal for young Company Secretaries (CS) looking to work with the Central Registration Centre (CRC) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Candidates must be members of ICSI and preferably have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience. The online application window will remain open from 07 July 2025 to 21 July 2025, and the work location will be IICA, Manesar (Haryana).

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must be a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience:
- Preference will be given to candidates with 1–2 years or more of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates with less than 1 year of post-qualification experience will be considered only if no experienced candidates are available.
Note: Training experience during the CS course will not be considered as work experience.
Salary / Remuneration
The consolidated monthly payout will range from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000, depending on the experience:

Job Description
CRC Executives will be responsible for:
- Processing of Company Name Reservation (RUN) applications
- Handling Incorporation forms (SPICE)
- Other related tasks as assigned at CRC
