TN MRB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Fitter Grade-II:
- SSLC / 10th Pass or equivalent.
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle).
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle).
For Welder Grade-II:
- SSLC / 10th Pass or equivalent.
- NAC in Welder Trade, OR
- NTC with completion of Apprenticeship Training.
- Preference will be given to candidates with minimum 1 year of practical experience in automobile factories, plants, or workshops.

TN MRB Skilled Assistant Selection Process 2025
Unlike many competitive exams, TN MRB will conduct no written test or interview for these posts. The entire selection process is merit-based and will depend on academic and technical qualification scores.
