Eligibility Criteria for UKMRC Recruitment 2025
1. General Manager (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 17 years of executive service in Civil Department in Govt./PSU.
- Desirable: Project management, PPP, and EAP experience.
2. Deputy General Manager (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in executive civil engineering roles.
- Desirable: Similar to above, with exposure to metro/infrastructure projects preferred.
3. Deputy General Manager (Architect)
- Qualification: B.Arch from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Design of large-scale buildings or metro stations.
- Desirable: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit BIM, green buildings, TOD, and MMI designs.
4. Assistant Manager (Transport Planner)
- Qualification: Degree in Architecture/Civil/Planning.
- Experience: DPR preparation, traffic/urban planning, land monetization.
- Special Note: Even candidates working on a consolidated salary basis in Govt./PSUs (with ₹80,000/month and 5+ years’ experience) may apply.
5. Land Supervisor
- Eligibility: Retired candidates from land/revenue/estate departments.
- Pay: ₹47,700/month (fixed consolidated pay).
