Eligibility Criteria
For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
- Qualification: 10+2/XII or equivalent
- Typing Speed:
- 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years
For Junior Stenographer (JST)
- Qualification: 10+2/XII or equivalent
- Shorthand Speed: 80 w.p.m. in English or Hindi
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years

Selection Process
For JSA Posts:
The candidates fulfilling all necessary eligibility criteria as recommendedbyScreening Committee will be invited for a proficiency test in computer typing and in usingcomputer,followed by a Competitive Written Examination. The proficiency in computer typing speedandinusingcomputer will only be qualifying in nature
For Junior Stenographer:
The candidates fulfilling all necessary eligibility criteria as recommendedbyScreening Committee will be invited for proficiency test in stenography followed by opencompetitivewritten examination. The proficiency in Stenography will only be qualifying in nature.
